How this study handles data
Rangeway collects completed survey answers for market research. Survey responses do not include names or email addresses and are reported in aggregate.
What the study records
The study records your answers, the survey version, recruitment source, randomized question order, and completion timing. It does not store your raw IP address or load advertising trackers.
Site analytics
Rangeway uses Tinylytics, a cookie-free analytics service, to understand aggregate traffic to the public study pages, including page views, referring sites, country, and browser. Analytics data is separate from survey responses and optional interview contact information. Private preview links are excluded from analytics.
Optional interviews
If you volunteer for an interview, your name and email address are stored in a separate database without a survey response identifier.
Retention
Anonymous research responses are retained for up to three years. Interview contact information is retained until interviews are completed or for up to twelve months.
